dandelions and brown calico

I made my sister a bag, my favorite of all the ones I've made so far. I wish I could keep it.

It's reversible.

Last night I also finished this skirt, which came from a skirt that I got at the thrift store. It's nothing fancy, but I like it a lot. It was the first time that I've ever put in a zipper. And it was a size six, and I made it a size sixteen, so I'm pretty proud of that (the conversion, not my size). The bottom is really cute, too:

And, just because I love it, here's a picture of the shirt I'm wearing it with today. A cute tee that Luke got me for Christmas from threadless.com

  1. That picture of the bottom of your skirt looks so scandalous...like I'm three inches away from your moldy dog house!

  2. those are my calves right below my knees. You're about a foot and a half from my moldy doghouse/tata/clit purse.

  3. I'm glad you commented on my blog, because NOW I know you have a blog that I can actually read (never could find your myspace one....). I'm imspired by your coolness - and your knees. :)
