Week of Dinners: Day 6

One of my new favorite meals: miso soup with soba noodles, spinach, and tofu. So good!!


For dessert: coconut tea with lychee and boba

  1. That miso looks very good. Can I get the recipe? Did you alter your meal choices at all because you knew you were posting them online? I think I would try hard not to, but still, perhaps unconsciously, alter my meal choices if I were posting them online.

  2. This was not a typical meal week for us, but it's not because I was posting them online. We moved to this new house that has a big kitchen, and decided we wanted to cook more often (usually we make "real" meals (as opposed to just pasta, quesadillas, etc) 2-4 times a week. We wanted to start cooking 4-6 times). So we planned to cook more, and after the first day I decided I wanted to do a week-long series here.

    The kinds of foods we cooked are typical to the way we usually eat, though, when we do cook. I love recipe books, and am always looking in them and online (recipezaar is my favorite) for new foods.
